  • Clients are not contacted by our clinic on receipt of a Medicare referral
  • Medicare referrals received by Talkativity are confidentially stored
  • Clients can request an appointment by completing our online enquiry form here
  • Clients who are unable to access this form can contact Talkativity to complete this process
  • Referrals to our service are triaged by Senior Clinical Managers
  • There may be a wait for services
  • We are a private service
  • There is an out of pocket cost for our services to clients with a Medicare referral
  • The gap fee will vary depending on the service require
  • Our current fee schedule can be found here
  • Payment plans are available to assist clients in financial need
  • Clients without alternative funding sources may be eligible to have their subsequent consultations bulk billed where this has been pre-arranged with our admin team
  • There is always an out of pocket fee for long consultations, and initial consultations
