Kate joined the Talkativity team early in 2020. Kate has had a long career in retail management and more recently in customer service and she enjoys interacting with all of our clients as they arrive at Talkativity. Her welcoming smile and friendly personality help to create an inviting atmosphere for anyone that attends our clinic.
Kate works tirelessly to ensure that client accounts are accurate, and that she is up to date with billing guidelines and procedures. With her understanding nature, and commitment to problem solving, we are confident that Kate will be able to assist with any accounts enquiries in a warm and professional manner.
Kate has two children, both of which play basketball and football so when she is not running them around to training or watching them play she is a dedicated volunteer of her local Football Club and is kept very busy with the role of Club Registrar.
